Honeymoon
Aaron and I were blessed with a wonderful honeymoon in Alberta and British Colombia. We enjoyed our first 8 days of marriage with the beautiful Canadian Rockies as an added bonus. :)

Bridal Showers...
Last Sunday, all our friends at Warner Ave. Baptist Church kindly through us a wedding/bridal shower after church. They had a "faith dish" dinner (instead of "pot luck" :) ) They also planned some fun games, and then we opened presents...and more presents...they were so kind and generous. We also had a great photographer. Here are a couple of my favorites...
some of our nieces
one of the fun games my aunt and cousin put together
the lovebirds ;)
our nieces were great helpers
announcing who each gift was from... Aaron loves being the center of attention...not really, but he's a good sport.
In June, the ladies from Faith Community Bible Church threw me a wonderful shower at Shannon's house...in her beautiful garden....
one of the tables making a bouquet from pipecleaners and ribbon...very creative-and fun- game
Mrs. Elmore gave the devotional and some good tools--from the Bible and also real ones--to prepare me for marriage

Update
Sorry for the long delay, my faithful few blog readers. As you might imagine, I have had a few extra things on my plate this summer. I guess that is because I am having a family reunion, throwing a huge party, moving, and going on long vacation all at once. Yes, that is what is involved in getting married these days. Why do we do these things? Hey, its a blast. Just a busy, crazy one. :) So here are pictures of the major events of the last two months. Sorry, but don't expect anything after this until the middle of August. :)
The end of June the whole family headed up to northern California for Ryan's graduation from Northwest Lineman College....
Ryan and his friends waiting for the results of the rodeo...
Ryan and his team won two events and got best overall.
On the way home we stopped for a night and a concert at Mt. Hermon. A family camp near Santa Cruz that we used to go to as a family...

Praising God for his Provision...
...of a piano! Yes, Aaron and I bought a piano for our new place. We don't know where that is going to be yet, but we are trusting God to provide in His time. He provided an amazing deal on this 30-year-old piano which is in great condition--as you can see. My parents graciously agreed to keep at their house till we get our own place this summer.
Sorry for not posting pictures of Antigua yet. To make up for my lack of posting, I'm attaching a link to a slideshow of over 100 pictures that my mom put together. I hope it works for everyone to see them.
